Welcome to Amazing Transfers Cancun. By booking and using our private transportation services, the user agrees to the following terms and conditions. We recommend reading them carefully before making a reservation.
In these terms and conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below: 'Company' refers to Amazing Transfers Cancun. 'Client' refers to the person who makes the booking and uses the transportation services. 'Service' refers to the contracted private transportation service from or to Cancun International Airport and other specified destinations.
Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or via email. Online payments are accepted by credit/debit card, as well as cash payments at the start of the service. All published prices are in U.S. dollars (USD).
Once the booking has been completed, the client will receive a confirmation with the booking number and details of the contracted service. It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate information: flight number, hotel/home address, and number of passengers.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time to avoid charges. Booking modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
Provide a safe, reliable, and punctual private transportation service. Assign a professional driver and a well-maintained vehicle according to the reservation. Maintain direct communication with the client to coordinate the airport meeting and prevent fraud.
Provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking. Maintain active communication with the company upon arrival at the airport. It is recommended to have mobile data available to facilitate contact. Inform the company of special luggage, excess baggage, or specific requirements at the time of booking.
The company is committed to protecting the client’s privacy and handling personal data in accordance with applicable laws. The collected data will be used exclusively to manage the booking and improve the service. Amazing Transfers Cancun does not share personal information with third parties without the client’s consent, except when legally required.
The company is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as adverse weather conditions, traffic, or flight delays. The client is responsible for their belongings during the trip. The company is not liable for lost items or damaged luggage.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts of the State of Quintana Roo.
